  • We’re a Zazzle Mega Moments Winner!

I’m so excited to announce that two of our collections, Moody Holiday Botanical and Sierra Dusk, are among the winners of Zazzle’s 2025 Mega Moments design contest!

This annual contest highlights products and collections that capture life’s most memorable moments. All the winning designs are stunning and it’s an honor to be recognized alongside so many talented designers.

Our Moody Botanical Holiday collection was an Ultimate Moment winner. This was my favorite collection to design this year! The pattern was built around dried orange slices and includes so many cozy holiday elements, from evergreen branches to red berries.

The color palette is so chic and looks amazing on just about everything — in addition to 20 holiday card styles in a variety of layouts and formats, it’s available on wrapping paper, home accessories, tableware, and wallpaper. I even included a dog bowl and dog bed for boujee pets (like my Penny) who want to get into the holiday spirit. 😉

Our Sierra Dusk wedding collection was also recognized as a Collector’s Choice winner! I had this beautiful watercolor mountain illustration from another design and reworked it in a muted, earthy color palette that’s perfect for high desert or mountain weddings. I love how the soft neutral tones work with the deeper green-gray near the bottom, and I used that shade as a complementary color throughout the collection. Layer in a soft cream background and classic typography with script accents, and you can’t go wrong.

Congratulations to all the winners of this year’s design challenge!

  • How to Make Your Last Name Plural This Christmas

How to Make Your Last Name Plural This Christmas

    Hint: It’s never an apostrophe

Christmas is just around the corner…you’re booking the family photo session, you’re coordinating the outfits, you’re choosing the perfect holiday card. And then when it comes time to sign your Christmas card, you hesitate. I totally get it. I have an awkward 10-letter surname ending in a flurry of consonants, so even as a design industry veteran, I sometimes find myself pausing when pluralizing it in a signature. Read on to avoid the grammar Grinch and make sure you get it right, every time.

    The #1 Rule

If you take one thing away from this guide, let it be this: never use an apostrophe to make your last name plural. Apostrophes show possession, not plurality. So “The Smith’s” technically means “belonging to the Smith,” and that’s definitely not what we’re going for on a holiday card.

We’re not implying possession here, we’re just looking for the plural form. So, you’d pluralize your name just like you would any other noun — raisins, trees, houses, you get the drift.

For names that end in s, x, z, ch, or sh

Add an -es. The Joneses, the Harrises, the Hendrixes, the Gomezes, the Jameses, the Aldriches, the Walshes. And for my family, the Juckiewiczes (which I personally don’t love…we’ll come back to that later).

For names that end in any other letter

Add -s. The Millers, the Rossis, the Garcias, the Murphys. Resist, resist the urge to throw an apostrophe in there.

For tricky names or blended families

Think your name looks awkward when pluralized, like I do? Use “the Name family” instead…so, the Harris family, the James family, the Marini family. We always use the Juckiewicz family; it just looks right.

If not everyone in your family has the same surname, try one of these options:

    • Hyphenated and pluralized: the Jameson-Bells
    • Hyphenated without pluralizing: The Miller-Harris family
    • Individual names: Emily, Jake, Bella, Sydney, and Finn
    • Keep it simple: From our family to yours

    Keep it Consistent

Once you’ve chosen the perfect signature, you can use the same naming convention on your return address labels or stamps, gift tags, and anywhere else you’d use a family signature.

And keep the same tips in mind when building your recipient list, too!

We have hundreds of Christmas card styles to accommodate any name — or names! Browse some of our favorite picks here:

  • How to Throw a Farmers Market Bridal Shower

How to Throw a Farmers Market Bridal Shower

    Fresh, Fun, and Perfectly Personalized

Planning a celebration for a loved one who’s fresh off the market? If you love the idea of a celebration that feels effortlessly chic, full of charm, and inspired by fresh local finds (or your favorite Nancy Meyers movie), a farmers market themed bridal shower is the perfect pick!

Whether you’re hosting outdoors under twinkling lights or bringing the market indoors with fresh flowers and rustic details, this theme is garden-fresh and perfect for a sweet celebration. The best part is that it works for any season — just adjust your decor, nibbles, and flowers to reflect what’s in season. Think juicy tomatoes, gingham, and vibrant colors in the summer, and evergreens, pomegranates, and nuts in the winter.

Bonus: edible decor means nothing goes to waste. Today’s lemon centerpieces are next week’s drink garnishes and dinner ingredients.

Read on for some of my top picks for channeling your inner Ina Garten to make your farmers market bridal shower extra special.

    Set the Scene

Start with natural textures and warm, welcoming tones. Think wood crates, woven baskets, gingham linens, and a “Fresh Off the Market” welcome sign, displayed on an easel near the entrance. Fresh blooms and greenery, like eucalyptus, sunflowers, and herbs, make beautiful centerpieces that feel relaxed and organic. Tiny fairy lights in the centerpieces or strings of cafe lights overhead make for great ambient lighting. For music, I absolutely love the Nancy Meyers Kitchen playlist on Spotify.

Add a DIY flower bar or produce stand stocked with farm-fresh goodies so guests can build their own bouquets or take home something sweet from the day.

    Send the Perfect Invitation

Our farmers market bridal shower collection brings the theme to life with delicate watercolor produce illustrations, rustic script fonts, and customizable text that sets the tone for your event. Even better, our double-sided invitations make it easy to share important details with guests, including a scannable QR code for the bride’s registry. They’re easy to customize and available for digital download as well as professionally printed.

Finish with coordinating pieces — my favorite enclosure is a gift tag that’s perfect for “unwrapped gift” or display showers. And add a coordinating recipe card to encourage guests to share a favorite dish with the bride-to-be.

    Menu & Drinks

Set a farm-to-table spread with a charcuterie board accented with edible florals, a salad bar with colorful veggies and grains. and small bites. Personally, I’m currently crushing on DIY quinoa bowls (girl dinner, anyone?).

For drinks, serve sparkling lemonade, berry spritzers, or a “Garden-to-Glass” cocktail bar featuring herbs and citrus garnishes. If you really want to take it to the next level, hire an espresso cart or truck to brew up fresh coffee for your guests. We have the cutest little coffee trailer that’s local to me in Melbourne Beach — how sweet would this be at an outdoor shower?

For dessert, opt for a rustic cake adorned with fruit, or a pie bar with locally sourced flavors like peach, berry, and apple.

    Activities & Favors

Encourage guests to share wisdom for the bride with our coordinating advice cards, or build her cookbook using our recipe cards from the collection. Extend the theme with a “How Many Berries Are in the Basket” guessing game.

Send everyone home with small farmers market–inspired favors—think mini jars of honey, homemade limoncello, or artisan soaps, tied with our custom favor tags and labels for a polished finishing touch.

Bring the charm of the market to your celebration with the Fresh Off the Market Collection by Redwood & Vine Design Co.—designed to make every detail as fresh and beautiful as your love story.
